Get ready to let your inner child run wild, as we unleash the artful rebel within you! Say goodbye to perfectionism and hello to an evening of messy, creative fun. Join us and create a journal that reflects your heart and soul, where you can explore your deepest desires without fear of judgment. When we let go of control, a world of possibilities opens up, and we'll be crumpling, scrunching, tearing, and "messing it up" to discover our unique expression. Don't be surprised if you fall in love with letting go and making space for your creativity. Note: This workshop fills up fast, so sign up early to secure your spot!

Then, we'll create a stunning, vibrant abstract background that will become the foundation for your very own deck of affirmation cards.
But that's not all! We'll unleash our inner poets and writers, crafting beautiful messages on the back of each card. And, of course, we'll jazz up a snazzy tin to store your masterpiece creations in. Get ready to express yourself and tap into your creativity in a totally unique way!

Being & Becoming Oracle Deck
Theme: Intuition & Self-Discovery

Picture this...You're holding a deck of cards that feels like it was made just for you. Each card whispers secrets that make your heart sing. It's like having a personal magic compass that helps you navigate life's twists and turns, and brings out the best in you.
In this full-day workshop, you will craft your own personal oracle deck. By playing with archetypes, imagery, collage, storytelling, and expressive writing, we'll dive deep into your intuition and uncover the magic waiting inside you. Get ready to discover the oracle deck of your dreams!

I understand that life happens and sometimes the unexpected can interrupt our commitments. If you are not going to be able to attend a group or workshop, please text or call Kailey at (401) 329-6527. Also, if you are running late, please text Kailey. Your communication will let us know you are safe and on your way.
If you register for a group or workshop and later become unable to attend, I will gladly offer a credit to use toward any future group or workshop OR a full refund can be requested if notice is given at least 2 weeks before the start of the group or workshop minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be given if less than a 14-day notice is provided. Please contact info@silvercrestsanctuary.com with notification of your cancellation request.
Workshops and groups at Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies – all based on the number of individuals who register. As a small business, when individuals ask to cancel at the last minute, I am unable to absorb these costs and keep costs affordable.
In fairness to all attendees, I am unable to make exceptions to this policy, including for reasons of illness, travel, or work hours. If you realize that you are unable to attend the group or workshop you registered for at the last minute, I suggest giving your spot to a friend.
In the event a group or workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather, emergency, or other act of God participants will be notified via text or email and every effort will be made to reschedule a make-up session.

Affirmation Jeans

Theme: Body Image
Transform that pair of jeans in your closet that no longer fit into something that affirms your worth. Together we will "re-imagine" new ways of loving and accepting our bodies by letting go of old beliefs and creating a beautiful denim affirmation wall hanging. The workshop includes a special healing ceremony, releasing the shame, dissatisfaction, and unrealistic personal and cultural expectations that have led to a loss of trust in our sacred body. Join us and begin your journey of reclaiming your inherent worth and beauty.

Broken Bowl

Whether you are healing from loss, trauma, addiction, or just seeking clarity in your life, this workshop will support you in discovering and healing different parts of your self. Through reframing, redefining, and reconstructing the broken pieces we will create new possibilities and hope. Based on the Japanese practices of Kintsugi and Wabi-Sabi, this powerful and beautiful workshop creates a deeply personal experience where you will learn about attachment, integration, resiliency, and how to make meaning out of brokenness. This process can bring up difficult emotions and the group will be mindful of holding and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for each other.
*Please note that I have completed certification as a Broken Bowl Facilitator by the founder and creator of this process, Christa Brennan, LPC, LCAT, ATR-BC, CADC II.

A whole new world of possibilities unfolds when we are willing to take a risk and let go of control. In this workshop we may crumple, scrunch, tear, and intentionally "mess it up" to discover that when we no longer have to "keep it clean and pretty" and can meet our resistance with curiosity. What messages, beliefs, fears, and disappointments are you holding onto that are keeping you from fully stepping into who you are? How you see yourself matters. In this workshop, we will explore identity,
self-forgiveness, and self-acceptance through transforming glass bottles into transparent windows and affirming containers that reflect the person you ultimately want to be. The workshop includes a beautiful self-forgiveness ceremony, inviting empathy, compassion, kindness, and understanding to support reconciling and releasing the old stories and self-judgments that have defined you in the past. Come discover a creative way of embodying new messages and becoming YOU!

Emotions can feel messy and overwhelming at times. What if instead of labeling feelings as bad or good, you could begin to experience them as a source of connection and meaning that offers greater self-awareness. Emotions influence so many aspects of our lives, including our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. In this workshop we will create a canvas fabric mosaic that reflects experiencing your full range of emotions. Various expressive art modalities will be used to explore how to identify, express, and manage your unique landscape of emotions, including gentle movement, drama, creative writing, and art.

Spirit Dolls

Theme: Connecting to Inner Voice
In many cultures spirit dolls are a source of healing and enchantment, weaving life and love into a handmade creation that incorporates materials from nature. In this workshop we will take a guided journey that will help you communicate with the parts of yourself that are often hidden or protected and reconnect with the wisdom of your inner voice. Using a variety of art materials and found nature objects we will create a special handmade doll that embodies your hopes, dreams, and prayers. Spirit dolls can inspire a deeper connection to yourself, awaken truth, and support personal transformation.
