About Owner/Founder of Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary

My soul is notoriously restless, often summoning me from some deep and sacred place within—sometimes with a gentle nudge, other times through complete upheaval. For as long as I can remember, I have wrestled with profound questions, refusing to settle for superficial discontentment. I have felt a deep longing to create, to heal, and to help others do the same.
For years, I believed that something outside of me would guide me home, but the voice I was most longing to hear was my own. It was through breath, movement, art, sound, and deep presence that I found my way back. Creativity became my sanctuary—where emotions that had been buried found expression, where intuition spoke clearly, and where healing was no longer just a concept but something I could feel in my body.

This longing to create spaces for authentic expression, deep healing, and transformation led to Silvercrest—a sanctuary for those seeking more than traditional talk therapy, where healing is not just about words but about feeling, creating, and embodying one’s truth. A space where those who feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected can rediscover themselves. My work is rooted in values traditionally associated with the feminine—intuition, creativity, embodiment, and deep listening—yet these are universal qualities, meant for anyone longing for connection, healing, and self-discovery.

Through expressive arts, breathwork, and integrative healing practices, I offer a space for you to reconnect with your inner voice, release what no longer serves you, and step into the fullness of who you are. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, struggling to find your purpose, or longing for a deeper sense of connection, you are not alone.

This is an invitation—to explore, to create, and to remember. To come home to yourself. Because the wisdom you seek has been within you all along.

And...
As much as I honor the trainings and education that have shaped the foundation of my work, they are only part of the story. What truly informs my path is the tender terrain of lived experience, deep listening, and a long devotion to healing what lives beneath the surface.
I do this work not just because I studied it — but because I’ve lived it. Because I know what it means to lose parts of yourself, to long for belonging, and to walk through the sacred fire of becoming.
More than credentials, I offer my presence. My heart. My hands. A deep reverence for the soul’s unfolding. This is the why beneath the what — the compass I return to again and again.
Soul Statement
I am a sanctuary-maker, a soul-lantern bearer, and a weaver of the unseen into form.
Through sacred creativity, I midwife the return of what has been exiled — guiding others to reclaim their lost parts, speak with the voice beneath their silence, and embody their truth with fierce tenderness.
I hold space at the threshold, where the wounded and the wise within can meet, and where beauty becomes a way home.
Creative Mission
To create spaces — both physical and imaginal — where the sacred and the shattered coexist.
To offer expressive arts, soul-based inquiry, and intuitive connection that invites others into their own wholeness.
To translate the language of the soul through symbols, stories, and rituals that awaken embodied remembrance.
To tend the fires of creative healing, not as performance, but as prayer.
To walk as a living altar, where truth, beauty, and belonging converge.
