“The breath knows the way back to you.”
Breathwork with Presence
Certified in Spiraldance Breathwork™ | 400+ Hours of Supervised Training | Accredited with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance
Breathwork is a powerful somatic therapy that invites the body, mind, and spirit into deeper alignment. It supports the release of stored stress and trauma, reconnecting you with your natural breath—your life force—and the innate wisdom that lives within you.
Many of us, often from a young age, learn to hold or limit our breath in response to overwhelming experiences. Over time, these unconscious breath-holding patterns can keep us feeling stuck—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Spiraldance Breathwork™ is a therapeutic approach that uses a conscious, connected breath pattern to gently unwind these patterns, helping you shift from survival to vitality. With each breath, space is created—for emotion, for insight, for peace.
What to Expect
In a session, you’ll be guided in a rhythmic, circular breathing practice that bypasses the overthinking mind and invites access to deeper layers of experience. This is a somatic process—meaning you’ll feel the work in your body. Supported by therapeutic presence, music, and gentle prompts, your breath becomes both the guide and the medicine.
Sessions are held with care and attunement to your pace. You may experience a range of sensations or emotions, from subtle shifts to powerful releases. Sometimes the breath opens space for clarity or insight. Sometimes it simply allows you to feel what’s been held for too long—and let it go.
Why Breathwork?
Breathwork can support you in:
-
Releasing long-held tension and emotional overwhelm
-
Restoring a full, relaxed breath
-
Gaining clarity and insight from within
-
Integrating past experiences somatically
-
Improving nervous system regulation and resilience
-
Reconnecting to intuition, presence, and purpose
Whether you’re seeking support with stress, anxiety, low mood, or a sense of disconnection, breathwork offers a path inward—toward integration, healing, and greater ease in daily life.

A Path to Wholeness
Breath is one of the most ancient tools we have for healing—and it's always with us. As the breath deepens, so does our capacity to feel, to open, and to rewire old protective patterns that no longer serve.
Through this work, it’s possible to feel more whole, more alive, and more like yourself again.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I’ve never done breathwork before?
That’s absolutely okay! You don’t need any prior experience. Your session will be guided gently with space for questions, integration, and rest. The breath itself will meet you exactly where you are. You’ll be supported to go at your own pace and to listen to your body throughout.
What does a session look like?
We’ll begin with a short check-in and intention-setting. You’ll then lie down comfortably, and I’ll guide you into the conscious, connected breath. Music, therapeutic presence, and optional hands-on support (with consent) may be woven in. We close the session with grounding, reflection, and gentle integration.
What might I feel during breathwork?
Some people feel physical sensations like tingling or temperature shifts. Others may notice emotional releases, memories, or moments of clarity. Every session is unique. You may experience something subtle or something profound—and both are welcome.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE RECOMMENDED?
While a single Breathwork session can be profoundly supportive, this work deepens over time. A series of 3, 5, or even 10 sessions offers a gentle container for integration, insight, and healing to unfold more fully. If you're new to Breathwork, please begin with a New Client Introductory Session. Each session is spaced 2–3 weeks apart to honor your pace, your process, and the sacred rhythm of your own becoming.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. You’re welcome to bring a journal, blanket, or anything that helps you feel safe and grounded.

Cancellation & Attendance Policy for GRoUp, WORKSHOPS, and Breathwork Sessions
Life happens — and sometimes unexpected things get in the way. If you’re unable to attend a group, session, or workshop you’ve registered for, please text or call Kailey at (401) 329-6527. If you’re running late, a quick message is appreciated so we know you’re safe and on your way.
Because offerings at Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary are intimate, intentional spaces with limited capacity, each registration matters. Supplies, space, and session flow are planned based on your presence.

Cancellation Policy
At Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary, great care goes into preparing our sessions, groups, and creative offerings — from gathering supplies and reserving materials to holding sacred space for each participant who registers. In order to support both the sustainability of this work and fairness to all involved, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Creative Nights Unplugged, Art & Presence Saturdays & Open Studio Sessions
Due to the low cost and limited capacity of these offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, you may gift your spot to a friend — simply email info@silvercrestsanctuary.com in advance with their full name and email address so we can welcome them.
Groups (e.g., Therapy Groups, Cosmic Smashbooking Groups)
-
14 Days or More in Advance: If you cancel at least 14 days before the group’s start date, you may request a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee or receive a full credit toward a future group offering.
-
Less Than 14 Days: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the group.
We deeply appreciate your understanding, as significant planning, preparation, and limited spots make last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.

Private Breathwork Sessions
These sessions require time, energetic preparation, and a space specifically held for you.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and/or no shows will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. This applies whether you booked a single session or are using a multi-session package.
If you are running late or need to reschedule, please text Kailey at (401) 329-6527 as soon as possible.
In Case of Weather or Emergency
If an event must be rescheduled due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via text or email and offered a make-up date or alternative option.

Why This Policy Matters
As a small business, last-minute cancellations are difficult to absorb and affect the accessibility and sustainability of these offerings. Your understanding helps keep this work available and affordable for the community.

Thank you for honoring the space, your fellow participants, and the care behind each gathering.
