Where art meets soul. Where presence becomes practice.
WELCOME TO A DIFFERENT KIND OF SATURDAY
Step out of the noise, the striving, the shoulds.
Step into stillness, story, and sacred creativity.
These Saturdays are slower, deeper, and more intentional—rooted in presence, not perfection.
Make with your hands. Listen with your heart. Return to yourself.
In a world that often demands productivity over presence, Art & Presence Saturdays invite you into stillness, expression, and soulful connection. These Saturdays are not about perfect technique or performance—they are about process, presence, and the permission to be real. Each offering is held as a sacred container—part creative exploration, part inner pilgrimage.

Whether you're navigating transition, longing for inner stillness, seeking meaning through ritual, or simply craving a slow and soulful space to make something with your hands, these Saturdays are for you. All materials are provided—just bring yourself. No experience required. I believe creativity lives in all of us. You don’t need to be “an artist” to make meaningful art. So often, our creative spark gets buried under old stories, perfectionism, or cultural ideas of what art should be. This is a space to gently reclaim your creative voice, in your own way, at your own pace.
In this space, we explore creative practice not as a product, but as a sacred encounter. Each session is designed to gently draw you inward—through tactile materials, reflective writing, quiet conversation, and practices that awaken the senses. It’s a time to feel, to create, to exhale.
Come because you’re tired of holding it all.
Come because you miss your inner voice.
Come because presence is a balm.
Come as you are.

No prior art experience needed— just a willingness to be curious, honest, and kind with yourself.

WHY Come TO ART AND PRESENCE SATURDAYS?
Because you’re seeking more than just a creative outlet—you’re longing for presence.
Because your days move fast, and you’re craving a way to slow down and listen inward.
Because your creativity is not separate from your healing—it’s part of the path back to yourself.
Because you want to explore the sacred in the simple—through paper, ink, image, and breath.
Because showing up to the page can be a way of showing up for your life.
WHAT MAKES ART AND PRESENCE SATURDAYS DIFFERENT?
Art & Presence workshops are not traditional art classes focused on mastering techniques or achieving specific outcomes, yet they offer abundant opportunities to explore a variety of art tools, materials, and creative approaches. Participants often leave with pieces they love—not because they followed a formula, but because their hands, intuition, and heart were fully engaged in the process. Each gathering is held with intention and care, beginning with ceremony to support presence, connection, and a gentle landing into the space. This opening often includes simple breathwork or grounding practices to help participants arrive fully and set a personal intention for the time together. We also end in circle with opportunities to share if you choose.
THESE Gatherings ARE FOR YOU IF:
-
You’re drawn to gentle, soulful practices that help you reconnect with yourself.
-
You want a space that blends reflection, imagination, and intention.
-
You’re navigating transition, uncertainty, or inner restlessness—and want creative practices that help you stay present through it.
-
You’re curious about how art journaling, expressive writing, and mindfulness can become companions on your journey.
-
You’re ready to listen deeply—to what’s within and what’s possible.

Not “An Artist”? Perfect.
Most of us carry stories like:
“I’m not creative.”
“I’m not good at art.”
“I don’t know what I’m doing.”
Here, none of that matters. In fact, it’s part of the invitation.
We believe creativity is your birthright—not a performance, not a product.
Art in this space is about process, presence, and permission.
Messy is welcome. Real is welcome. You are welcome.
And in a world that is constantly asking you to produce, perform, and perfect—choosing to unplug and create for no reason at all becomes a radical act of reclaiming your joy, your wholeness, your breath.
NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Messy is welcome. Meaning will meet you there.

Create Your Year
Not Your Typical Vision Board Experience
CREATING YOUR YEAR, NOT JUST PLANNING IT
Create Your Year is not a typical vision board workshop. This experience offers a fresh, creative approach to intention-setting by weaving together collage, visual reflection, a Word of the Year, and an artful planner you’ll return to again and again. Rather than focusing on rigid goals, we’ll explore gentle prompts that help you listen, notice, and stay connected to what matters most as the year unfolds.
Together, we’ll create a personalized creative planner filled with visual cues, space for reflection, and simple, accessible ways to reconnect with your creativity throughout the year. This workshop is designed to support clarity, curiosity, and creative presence—not perfection or productivity.
Create Your Year is welcoming, playful, and grounding, offering both inspiration and practical tools you can carry forward long after the session ends. NO PREVIOUS ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED—just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to imagine the year ahead in a new way.

*Important Note: As with all expressive art offerings, supplies and materials are included. For this event only, a $10 creative planner printing fee will be added to cover professional printing costs.
This workshop blends meaning with play, offering space to create, reflect, and connect in a supportive environment. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE with papier mâché or art is needed—materials and guidance are provided, and there is no “right” way to create. Cancellation & Attendance Policy for GRoUp, WORKSHOPS, and Breathwork Sessions
Life happens — and sometimes unexpected things get in the way. If you’re unable to attend a group, session, or workshop you’ve registered for, please text or call Kailey at (401) 329-6527. If you’re running late, a quick message is appreciated so we know you’re safe and on your way.
Because offerings at Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary are intimate, intentional spaces with limited capacity, each registration matters. Supplies, space, and session flow are planned based on your presence.

Cancellation Policy
At Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary, great care goes into preparing our sessions, groups, and creative offerings — from gathering supplies and reserving materials to holding sacred space for each participant who registers. In order to support both the sustainability of this work and fairness to all involved, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Creative Nights Unplugged, Art & Presence Saturdays & Open Studio Sessions
Due to the low cost and limited capacity of these offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, you may gift your spot to a friend — simply email info@silvercrestsanctuary.com in advance with their full name and email address so we can welcome them.
Groups (e.g., Therapy Groups, Cosmic Smashbooking Groups)
-
14 Days or More in Advance: If you cancel at least 14 days before the group’s start date, you may request a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee or receive a full credit toward a future group offering.
-
Less Than 14 Days: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the group.
We deeply appreciate your understanding, as significant planning, preparation, and limited spots make last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.

Private Breathwork Sessions
These sessions require time, energetic preparation, and a space specifically held for you.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and/or no shows will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. This applies whether you booked a single session or are using a multi-session package.
If you are running late or need to reschedule, please text Kailey at (401) 329-6527 as soon as possible.
In Case of Weather or Emergency
If an event must be rescheduled due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via text or email and offered a make-up date or alternative option.

Why This Policy Matters
As a small business, last-minute cancellations are difficult to absorb and affect the accessibility and sustainability of these offerings. Your understanding helps keep this work available and affordable for the community.

Thank you for honoring the space, your fellow participants, and the care behind each gathering.
