A soulful pause in a screen-saturated world
Join us the 3rd Friday of each month for unplugged creativity, community, and expression.
WELCOME TO A NEW KIND OF FRIDAY NIGHT

Let go of the scroll, the to-do list, the expectations. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. No screens, no pressure—just creativity, connection, and color.
These monthly gatherings are a sanctuary for soulful creativity—tech-free, pressure-free, and full of possibility. Unplug from the noise and reconnect with your inner spark. Whether you come to reconnect with your inner artist, soothe your nervous system, or simply enjoy the beauty of being with others in a present, intentional space, you'll find something here for you.
No experience required—just bring your curiosity, your hands, and your heart.

Each night offers a unique theme and expressive arts invitation—sometimes quiet and contemplative, sometimes playful and wild, always grounded in authenticity. These monthly creative nights are your invitation to unplug from the world and plug into presence. Each gathering offers an intuitive, playful, and nourishing space to explore expression through mixed media, poetry, color, texture, and meaningful connection. Come as you are, leave with a little more of yourself.

No prior art experience needed—just a willingness to explore. Come solo or bring a friend, leave with something handmade, heartfelt, and fully your own.

WHY JOIN US?
Because you’ve been running on empty.
Because perfectionism has been calling the shots.
Because your soul is craving color, texture, play, and space to breathe.
Because you want to remember that your inner world is worthy of tending.
Because sometimes, making art is how we remember who we are.

Tiered Pricing FOR CREATIVE NIGHTS UNPLUGGED
I believe that creativity is a birthright — and everyone deserves a place to unplug, express, and be nourished.
To help make this space as accessible as possible while also supporting the sustainability of the studio and offerings, Silvercrest uses a tiered pricing model.

Please choose the level that feels right for you — no questions asked.

Community Rate – $25
For those with financial need. This tier helps cover basic supply costs and makes it possible for more folks to participate.
Standard Rate – $35
This is the true cost of the experience. Choose this tier if you're able to pay the full rate and want to support the offering as it’s priced.
Supporter Rate – $45
This tier helps pay it forward — sustaining the studio and helping others attend at a lower rate. Choose this if you’re in a position to give a little more.
UPCOMING CREATIVE NIGHTS UNPLUGGED

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2025
6:30PM-8:30PM
Nature & Nurture
Let your senses soften. Let nature hold you.
We begin with a simple group ritual: creating a collaborative nature mandala using dried botanicals and natural textures as a living symbol of connection. Then, you’ll craft your own Pocket Pause Pouch—a fragrant, hand-sewn sachet of herbs like lavender or eucalyptus, paired with a tiny scroll of affirmation tucked inside.
It’s an evening to be gently held by beauty, by scent, by intention.
You’ll leave with:
-
A handmade herbal pouch infused with calm
-
A handwritten affirmation tucked inside
-
The memory of quiet ritual and shared stillness

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2025
6:30PM-8:30PM
Ink & Embers
Let words rise from the ashes.
As dusk falls, we’ll gather by candlelight for a writing ritual rooted in release and renewal. Through poetic prompts, incense paper, and dried herbs, we’ll write what we’re ready to let go of—and what’s longing to rise in its place. A bonfire for the soul, held in ink and quiet flame.
You’ll leave with:
-
Expressive writing pieces full of personal truth
-
A ritualized release to mark a shift
-
A tender connection to your own creative fire
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2025
6:30PM-8:30PM
Tiny Acts, Many Hearts
Two stations. One evening of creative kindness.
This pre-holiday gathering invites you to step out of the usual gratitude narrative and into action. We'll explore how creativity can become offering—how kindness moves through art. This is a night to make for others, and maybe rediscover your own heart along the way.
Station One: Compassion Stones
Paint smooth stones with symbols or messages of hope and love. Leave them for others, gift them to someone in need, or carry them as reminders of gentleness.
Station Two: Kindness Cards
Create small mixed-media or watercolor cards with spontaneous affirmations. These can be gifted, mailed, left on a car windshield, or anonymously shared in the world as tiny acts of uplift.
You’ll leave with:
-
A few small kindness creations
-
A lighter heart
-
The feeling that you’ve added something good to the world

Cancellation & Attendance Policy for GRoUp, WORKSHOPS, and Breathwork Sessions
Life happens — and sometimes unexpected things get in the way. If you’re unable to attend a group, session, or workshop you’ve registered for, please text or call Kailey at (401) 329-6527. If you’re running late, a quick message is appreciated so we know you’re safe and on your way.
Because offerings at Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary are intimate, intentional spaces with limited capacity, each registration matters. Supplies, space, and session flow are planned based on your presence.

Cancellation Policy
At Silvercrest Healing Sanctuary, great care goes into preparing our sessions, groups, and creative offerings — from gathering supplies and reserving materials to holding sacred space for each participant who registers. In order to support both the sustainability of this work and fairness to all involved, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Creative Nights Unplugged, Art & Presence Saturdays & Open Studio Sessions
Due to the low cost and limited capacity of these offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, you may gift your spot to a friend — simply email info@silvercrestsanctuary.com in advance with their full name and email address so we can welcome them.
Groups (e.g., Therapy Groups, Cosmic Smashbooking Groups)
-
14 Days or More in Advance: If you cancel at least 14 days before the group’s start date, you may request a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee or receive a full credit toward a future group offering.
-
Less Than 14 Days: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the group.
We deeply appreciate your understanding, as significant planning, preparation, and limited spots make last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.

Private Breathwork Sessions
These sessions require time, energetic preparation, and a space specifically held for you.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and/or no shows will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. This applies whether you booked a single session or are using a multi-session package.
If you are running late or need to reschedule, please text Kailey at (401) 329-6527 as soon as possible.
In Case of Weather or Emergency
If an event must be rescheduled due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via text or email and offered a make-up date or alternative option.

Why This Policy Matters
As a small business, last-minute cancellations are difficult to absorb and affect the accessibility and sustainability of these offerings. Your understanding helps keep this work available and affordable for the community.

Thank you for honoring the space, your fellow participants, and the care behind each gathering.
